My Kingston Data Traveler II was 'washed' in washing machine for around 5 mins. What will happen to the USB flash drive?

Just don't use it for few days, try to dry it with hair dryer. Make sure it is completely dry before you plug it into your PC

'pray 1st' so that the USB flash drive will be OK? Or, 'pray 1st' so that pc will be safe when the USB flash drive plugged into the pc.
Pls advise.

Yes... tak sampai ONE year... the warranty is FIVE years. I'm afraid if I test the thumbdrive with my pc, the motherboard of my pc will rosak...

No lah.. I've done it before..

Doesn't effect the pc at all..

i think in this case u cannot RMA want.but wat i sure is u still can use the drive but just make sure it is COMPLETELY dry. put in ur car under sunlight for 1 days,(last time i did), but if u not sure, just go for 2-3 days, i think should be ok.. although it is not dried out, u put in ur PC it wont cause it damage because it just 5v in pendrive.. it just like ur watch immersed in water.. just let it dry n it is ok..

Pendrive does not have any single mechanical moveable part. Hence, just make sure you put the pendrive together with some silicon gel for 1-2 weeks just to be totally safe. Put it beside your table fan or anything to increase the evaporation rate.
