im not sure where to ask but lately everytime i connect to the 5ghz wifi the whole internet disconnects... i tested with a different router and i get the same problem...

Need help guys.

Im currently on unifi 800 after the turbo.

I am using the archer c9 and feeling like all that speed is wasted.

So i need a recommendation for a new router.

Im in a 3 storey house and my room is in the top floor. For some reason the connection drops severely once i get into my room (must be my wall is made of kryptonite or something).

Budget : 1k but im willing to go higher for significant improvement.

Im not a power user mostly Netflix, gaming and etc. (adding ip camera sometime soon too)

PS I have around 15 devices minimum logged in at a time.

Maybe need to get a new wifi adapter as well? (wired connection is not an option)

Is wifi 6 worth the additional money?
