Hi, recently some of my devices face sudden lost of Internet connection. I suspect it's the issue from my 2.5 years old AX20. Tried to reboot both modem and router, change Wi-Fi channels also could not fix the issue. May I know it's the end of the router or there is other way to fix it? Thanks.

So I have my main router 192.168.0.1 and link it to another router 192.168.1.1. Via Ethernet cable

Router 1 is the one that has access to Internet.

If I am connected to Router 2, I must set my device IP to 192.168.0.x in order to be able to access Internet. Is there no way to make Internet work if device connected to Router 2 use IP 192.168.1.x?

Hi, is there any reliable WiFi 6 router for around RM350? Using Unifi 300Mbps now and my current AX20 is giving me high ping value very frequent.

I might switch back to the Dlink router given by TM to test. Will Ethernet cable connecting modem and router causes it? Also it is less likely of the modem issue right?

I received an SMS saying that in order to maintain Public IP, there will be an extra RM10 charge. I called up Maxis and the agent said if I connect another router to my main Maxis router, it will cease to function if I cancel Public IP . Is this true? If yes, once I change to Private IP, how can I connect the extra router?

I've an AX20 am happy with it but recently port to Digi fibre and they install a new router which I think ain't as good as AX20. If I'd like to use back AX20 what credentials in digi router should I copy over to AX20? Thanks

For AX20 if I choose Custom vlan, it seems for internet, VoIP I need to input these… what to input?

Just a quick update after I gotten the new 5G router 2 days back:

after offloading 50% of my IoT devices into this new router, seems all my devices are working fine/no more showing Offline mode.
and my Panasonic Aircon app "Cloud Comfort" now can successfully installed & functioned properly. Also, my Brothers' printer now can print wireless efficiently and without anymore printing data delay. 

Previously, I experienced network error multiple times and had to reset my Panasonic Aircon/Brother's printer WiFi settings and also reset my Asus RX82U router many times. All these are very annoying really. 

When I checked the memory cache inside my Asus AX82U router, it's now running at just 54% memory utilization compared to a crazy 96%! previously!   

I seriously think having Fiber optic router backup with 5G router is a good backup system, ultimately reducing network load as well. This is to ensure all devices work flawlessly as intended.

But of course, you're gonna have to spend more on the fiber line + 5G subscription monthly packages.

My archer C1200 seems to be having issue after few years of usage. Currently using unifi 500Mbps, current router position is sufficient enough for coverage. Didn't notice any issue with it.

Looking to replace it, with a budget around RM200-300, ideally as low as possible, looking for bang for buck option. About 10-15 device to connect, none has wifi 6 as far as i know. Any suggestions?
