Is this development at the area being cleared behind Alam Budiman? there will be a new main trunk road connecting Alam Budiman U10 to Setia Alam Township.

the whole Jalan PMD undergoing major transformation currently... and also its very near to DASH exit.... not bad for those working around PJ/Subang... since its gonna be landed township... as long as price is correct... can consider strongly...

In my opinion, the location is actually very strategic. The exact final exit of DASH is at puncak perdana U9. U10 is about 3 minutes away from U9 junction. Thus if there is any jam or bottleneck at the highway junction, the bad traffic will not spillover to residential road at U10. Unless there is a major accident, then that is another matter.

Plus, the connection road to Setia Alam is huge benefit to U10 residents.

Basically U10 resident will be able to access DASH, NKVE, GCE with ease once all the roadworks projects is completed. And the flyover structure at the PMD junction has been completed. It's a major milestone achieved for the PMD upgrading works.

Land and General developed the whole of Sri Damansara back in the early 2000, look at what is has developed into now. What's so questionable about that?

agreed... but too bad... alot of ppl only focus on the PMD at old/ current condition.... so much changes being made on PMD + DASH together... its a good combo to improve the infrastructure and access here... in some way the roads are even more convenient than alot shah alam locations...
