I want to grow some basil at home and I need plants to start. Where can I find it?
I need SWEET BASIL, not thai basil or holy basil or other ones. I can't find in the supermarket and last time I went in Sungai Buloh but couldn't find any plant. I saw at one of the italian restaurants in Genting that they have amazing plants, so I'm sure someone is selling them somewhere.
Any connection/name/place even in Cameron Highlands is really appreciated.

QUOTE(Mechin @ Sep 14 2018, 12:14 PM) I mixed up the two kind of basils, SWEET basil is the one I need. I need the plant not the seeds.

QUOTE(babybobby @ Sep 18 2018, 01:09 AM) When i saw that kinda price, having fresh basil pesto can only happen inside my dream. In reality better stick to the bottled one. The best brand with highest % of basil and extra virgin olive oil is De Cecco too bad jaya grocer no longer carrying it. The price is prohibitive, but if I can grow by myself could be reasonable. The bottled one doesn't have anything to do with the fresh one. I've tried many and all (unfortunately) sucks.
