G&G New landed at kajang/setia alam/kota kemuning or old landed at pj Kuchai Lama Taman Desa . Let’s say New is more expensive about 100k ... Old want need to tear down and refurbish (near to city prime area) New want just do simple reno but 30km from kl . What say you .

Old looks bad overall if only you renovate. Value will drop.

New area faster appreciation.

Old area, if u buy market price plus reno, then hard to get appreciation. DH is not an area of speculation.

GnG u open gate masuk house safe.

PJ Old town, u open gate before masuk house alrdy 3 bikes come rob u.

If you have a family, for safety.. go for a proper G&G

if you OK travel for more than 1.30 hours go and 1.30 hours back then go for bangi..

i much more preferable for klang valley.. better resell value and easier to get buyer.. and the saving of petrol + time..

Yeah I’ve my own condo in city . This want is try want to stay at landed . Anything goes wrong can move back to condo .

I prefer old landed in section 17 . Tear down and rebuilt like what I want . But ? No G&G aiya
