QUOTE(sturmabeislung @ Sep 12 2018, 10:47 AM) BTW, this is how the basic unit toilet looks like [attachmentid=10017629] How about the other renovated bathroom unit, can share images? Look at this basic unit toilet condition, you will expect quite a good amount of cost from, existing tiles and sanitary demolition, throw away and reapply new tile and sanitary back As these are expensive renovation works that require days of workers inputs

QUOTE(sturmabeislung @ Sep 13 2018, 11:45 AM) [attachmentid=10019055] Bro, this renovated unit definitely have much better bathroom which will cause less headache to you. If you ok with the wall tile colour and design, then it's easier just adding new plaster ceiling, downlights and may be simple mirror wall cabinet to make it feel differently. If you actually not like the wall tile then can consider getting the bare up unit, since you going to hack the tile wat. But if thinking to hack the tile, do make sure the contractor doing proper water proofing. This post has been edited by ehwee: Sep 13 2018, 08:43 PM
