It's certainly inspiring and all but us commoners don't have access to personal trainers and PEDs as these celebrities have. I think we should adjust our expectations when reading these types of stories so that we don't suffer from body image issues.

Absolutely. Don't forget as well that they're paid to do that essentially.
Take Chris Hemsworth and Henry Cavill for example who trains for at least 5 hours every single day not just with PTs who monitor their every move, they also prepare the food for the actors.

Ya, the monetary reward is definitely a huge motivation... furthermore, most of them only need to focus in training day in day out for months unlike us normies have other stuff to take care to
