QUOTE(bysquashy @ Jun 2 2007, 11:13 PM) Yeap, at last............ free of wrong info Actually they do make mistakes sometimes, i remembered at the Monaco GP, one of them was saying "Whoa! Check out that BMW in the middle of the McLarens and the best of all, he doesnt need to pit!!" Then the other guy replied, "He already got lapped"

live vs good commentators, why not watch both? but RTM's live coverage IS 3 laps faster than Star Sports, thus when both are airing live race, better watch TV2, wait for an incident, and switch to star sports to watch it again Added on June 5, 2007, 11:02 amThe champ has spoken Mika questions Kimi`s move to FerrariQUOTE Mika Hakkinen claims that his countryman Kimi Raikkonen failed to heed his warning that leaving McLaren would be difficult.
The double World Champion had cautioned Raikkonen to remain with the Woking-based team rather than switch to Ferrari.
Hakkinen told the Finnish newspaper Iltalehti: "I warned him that changing teams might not go well for him
"Unfortunately for Kimi, my forecasts are being fulfilled."
The stoic 38-year-old remained loyal to McLaren through a difficult spell with the team in the 1990's and was rewarded with the 1998 and 1999 World Championship titles.
"Winning the world championship is like a spider-web, which needs many threads, and time," he explained.
"Of course it is true that McLaren's recent past had some problems, but it is a team that has always had the capacity to recover.
The former McLaren star intimated that Raikkonen would have been more successful had he not joined the Prancing Horse.
He said: "It is possible that Kimi has not measured the risks (of joining Ferrari) too well because it looks like being a difficult year for him.
"Also the McLaren car has evolved a lot in the past races, and winning titles can depend a lot on minor factors.
"In this game there are many excellent drivers, so Kimi cannot rely exclusively on his talent," Hakkinen said. This post has been edited by linkinstreet: Jun 5 2007, 11:02 AM

I do believe the downfall of Kimi is that he has not driven many races before F1 that needs him to take care of his machine more. He races in Formula Renault, which is more of sprint to the finish race unlike F1 where you have to drive for 2 hours before finishing. Thus this might explain why he's fast, but unreliable. also Alonso sings Lewis` praisesQUOTE Fernando Alonso has praised the start to the season made by team-mate Lewis Hamilton amid the furore over the McLaren team allgedly using team orders during the Monaco GP.
The FIA, the sport's governing body, investigated the race after Alonso and Hamilton finished first and second - with claims being made that the young British driver was ordered to back off so he did not put his stablemate under pressure.
But the Spaniard, whose team escaped punishment by the FIA, has welcomed the impact made by Hamilton.
"We need to wait and see how the Championship develops but, for sure, it's been a very good start for the team and for Lewis as well," said Alonso.
The reigning Champion is also pleased to see Hamilton help him pick up points in the manufacturers' Championship as well as pushing him in the Drivers' title race.
"Thanks to everybody's points, we are doing great in both championships. Does his success motivate me? No, because I'm always motivated," Alonso added in an interview published in the latest edition of Nuts magazine.

yes, that's why I said, I believe. It does not matter whether you believe it or not. It's just my opinion based on what I saw. the more the gap between him and Massa grow, the more he pushes, and the more he makes mistake, or blow his engine.

Its funny that Lewis is in 4th. I mean he is a young speed demon and yet nobody wants to bet on him for a win. Maybe the betters are undecided on his rookie season.
