Request tnb to cut electric

Hi, my tenant did not pay the tnb and the bills have been accumulated alot. I reminded him to remit the payment multiple times but to no avail. He is also been dragging my rental and refuse to move out.
Since the tnb bill is so high and i don’t want it to get higher than the utility deposit, can i request tnb to terminate his electricity so he would be forced to make payment? Has anyone face difficult tenant like this before? Any advise? |
