Regarding the charging speed, sweet spot for cost effective and compatibility is the 12W wired charging (2.4A), can use existing USB to Lightning cable and the charger can use for other items. And the PD seems to cap out at 18W, using any higher capacity chargers doesn't speed things up either. Is the XS series able to support > 18W charging?

I have 2 iPad chargers, 10W (iPad 2) and 12W (iPad Air). Frankly, I didn't notice the differences when using either of them to charge haha... And now I'm using Aukey's 4 port charger (2.4A) and also have a Anker 6 port charger around (2.4A too I guess).

But since new phone... and the battery life is pretty good, I'll just leave it charging on the 1A slow charger tongue.gif reduce charging heat if I'm not rushing on time.

iOS throttle the charge I guess, anyways if you want to maintain good lithium battery health best to keep between 20% to 80% battery charge.

Would be nice to compare the current drawn when 0-80% versus 80% to 100%, but I don't have the USB current measurement tool =/

I'm using Ringke Fusion, not bad. Not hard type, but is those plastic gel type (not that soft though). If you don't keep open and close I think won't scratch la.. the stainless steel brand should be able to take more hits than this? biggrin.gif

Im using the Baseus one.... strange though there is a hole/opening on the flash. I always have lens protectors on the camera on my phones as I have a bit of ocd.  sweat.gif

Mine came with 3 pin 5W charger, didn't come with universal 3 pin plug though.
