Web browsing battery longevity is better on the X. WTH.

I haven’t got the chance to really spend time on web browsing but so far with casual usage like whatsapp, youtube & Safari it’s been really good. Almost 2 days without needing to recharge. Definitely better than my iPhone X.

But the antenna gate is abit worrying since I feel the XS Max doesn’t seem to ‘perform’ as advertised.

It's the same for the iPhone 8 Plus vs 7 Plus. The 7 Plus battery lasted longer despite Apple's claim of optimization on the 8 Plus. Hence there's no need for X owners to go to Xs, unless you want the screen estate of the Xs Max.

exactly I was about to pull the trigger the other day on qoo10 ... but last minute decided not to.. 
only this time when apple make dual sim for hk/cn/macau but not other countries.. before this yes warranty is international...

then why ppl did warranty their US phone before? Apple did it out of good will? lol

There's an issue, they wanted the Apple Malaysia warranty.

ya lo, nothing is perfect, u have to pick which is more important to u, dual nano sim or apple malaysia warranty

I actually claimed warranty from machines on my iphone 6s plus hk set and iphone 7 plus aus set...and was told that the local AASP covers warranty for international set besides US.
somewhat I feel skeptical sending my phone back to T&L (although if feels as if they send it back to Apple HK) but there is no black and white stating that. it clearly stated "seller warranty", so in the event if they really change parts in your phone, there is no way to dispute anything at all..compare to sending your unit back to AASP with receipts and all.... I think I'd opt for latter.. 

already paying premium price for the unit, don't want to go through unnecessary worries about the faith of your phone etc.

true that, there is no black and white stating the international warranty coverage... sigh, i'll just wait for msia release la...will be soon and less headache

but looking at the price...hmm would this S series and go for next year
