as per lubang i get, it is a strate title, just like eco ardence... i not sure it is true or not la , about 500 acre this township

Really a brain drain company after pnb took over.

Ok can see that they allocated 150acres out of 550acres for affordable apartments and commercial.

Rest is strata residential (400acres). Macan size of dpc

If the art work rendition were to hold true. SP Setia is testing the water very recklessly at this price tag at this very location. This parcel of land is located next to many factories and a fully DEAD commercial area (next to Giant). The adjacent housing estate, Aman Perdana has subsale bungalows in a gated and guarded surrounding that cost only slightly more.

My guess is that the 950k price tag will be followed by 100k “early bird� discount, 2% referral discount/ 3% LCR, 50k signature kitchen voucher, and 50k renovation incentive, like Setia Alam’s circle collection of bungalows and semi-dees.

However, I am not ruling out that this area could be a huge success with better accessibility. Let’s wait and see whether SP could revive this area and create/ replicate the X factor of desirability like Eco Ardence.

Wow.... 950K for 22 x 75 (2200 sf) is ridiculously expensive for this location.

I seriously doubt SP Setia could replicate Eco Ardence's success at this location.

Pretty funny that the reason Bandar Bukit Raja (Sime Darby) is selling hotcakes right now is because of Setia Alam (SP Setia). And now SP Setia is going take advantage of BBR Industrial Project and build one themselves on Setia Alaman.
