Shopee users can buy the Bigpay/Boost/Grabpay/TnG/TNB credit from any seller they feel comfortable. Good days has gone as Shopee will charge 2% from 15/7/19. So the seller may charge +2.5% extra. Some people are willing to buy from them as it can bypass their CC's rules (eg Maybank ceases to give cashback on TNB transactions from 1/6/19 and e-wallet transactions from 8/7/19). So if you buy from a preferred seller, you can redeem shopee coins to convert to cash indirectly.
