Hello, excuse me. May I know if there's any installment plan provided if I purchase items from Shopee?

shopee sometimes are fluke with their voucher. CIMB10(no min spend,max rm15) is suppose to end on 31st october after 12 am tonight. It is still active in my vouchers and i see price deducted using it, then when check out,the discount gone.     

Just curious. Does everyone on Shopee get rm5 off voucher?

One of my orders for PGC was marked as delivered by Shopee Express but the receptionist at my office did not receive it. Not sure whether it was lost or stolen.

So it began 2 weeks of of back & forth between me, Petronas.os and the Shopex delivery guy with no resolution. Finally on the last day, I clicked Refund. It was a Saturday. On Monday, someone, not sure from Shopee or Shopee Express, came and talked to the receptionist and me. Then later in the day, the Shopee Express delivery guy offered to bank-in the value of the order, RM95, as compensation. I accepted. So case closed and I cancelled the Refund request and click the order as Received. Up to this point, I'm happy but I felt really bad for the delivery man.

I had mentioned to Petronas.OS before that if the card was lost and not stolen ie: the card was not used at all, they can just cancel the card and issue a replacement. I don't know why, in the prior 2 weeks, they were unwilling to do this. As it stands, the delivery man is down by RM95.

Anyway, after I marked the order as Received, Petronas.os messaged me if I had received the card. I answered No and told them about the personal compensation from the delivery man. Again I suggested that if they can just re-issue me another card, I'll return the money to the delivery man. So now they're looking into it again.

Yeah, yesterday he instant transferred the RM95 from his personal bank account (the name matches) to mine.

Whats with Shopee and their free delivery or discounted shipping?

Recently I purchases a battery charger which is RM 50 before discount and shipping costs.
The seller page info says "up to RM 4.03 discount for orders above RM 40". Simple English right?
My item costs RM 50, so should had discount RM 4 of my RM 5 shipping fee = RM 1 shipping fee.
And this is regardless whatever payment mode. I even use Shopee Pay also dont allow.

Whatever method I tried to apply for voucher, it just says: " Does not apply to selected products"

Then I chat with their online chat agent, useless. Only know how to defend themselves, say that I need to apply. DUH. I tried applying it just cannot. But seller page says otherwise.
Then the agent says that i already applied for 10% voucher etc, cannot apply any further.

Then call to their hotline, says only applies to Free Shipping etc, and "its according to terms and condition". What else T&C? T&C says it applies to Poslaju, then seller use PosLaju also, still cannot.

I am not here to argue over the free shipping , but rather the delivery statement "up to RM 4.03 discount for orders above RM 40"

First agent says cannot combine shipping for entitlement of RM 15 Free Shipping. OK fine, point taken.
Now I only purchase 1 single item, from only 1 seller at point of check out, and that also fail.
For this, i told the CS agent, please escalate this to the next department.

Why is it so difficult compared to Lazada which auto apply the voucher.

Hi,! I have a question regarding the voucher from shopee garden. I just harvest the laollao voucher but when I go to food and services to find the voucher to check out, there seems like no laollao voucher to purchase. Does that mean my voucher is useless now? Anyone encounter same problem?

llao llao did not work since 20th July when i harvested it. same for other friends who harvested on 21st and 22nd. means they don't portray the accurate data if now only say fully redeemed.

Why I can't select ShopeePay 1st then apply free shipping voucher?

My situation is I want to buy item worth RM219 and the free shiping only applicable when paid via ShopeePay. So I topup exactly RM219 but the checkout wont let me select the voucher because:

"HUrr DUrr.... Your ShopeePay has NoT eNoUgH BalAncE...."

WTF. The reason not enough balance is because you sum up the postage fee before the voucher is applied.

How about I select the ShopeePay payment 1st, then use voucher that will deduct the postage fee, then I have enough balance...
