Hello anyone of you got charged on your credit card on 11.11 and the order didn't appear? Called shopee's helpline and was promised refund will be made in 14 days but looks like they just don't care. Anyone got their refund ?

My credit card billed already and I had paid the amount due lol.
my case, their system charged me rm1 as CC authorization fee duno how many times. these RM1 has since been reversed. but not my RM141 order.

Regarding below, been informed by Standard Chartered customer service today that the payment of RM141.11 has been transferred to shopee. It has not been voided as mentioned below.
Please assist.

Payment of RM1 will be auto refunded, we do not need to void it. The rest of the payment has been voided.
Hence please wait within the given time frame for the refund to take place.

Received my refund after a lot of emails and calls. It shouldn't have been so troublesome but at least I got my money back.
