anyone has shopee top management contacts or emails. i'm tired of these bunch of monkeys (ie. qiqi, zara, shania, etc. could be a same person based in delta-land), replying emails without looking at the issues. the seller has agreed to refund RM15 but everytime chasing for the refund, shopee team sent you email informing refund within 3 days then 7 days and now need to understand the case better, and here you go, you start over it again, by providing proofs. it's like a circus. it's just RM15, i'm sure /k with 20k income will be very frustrated if this happened to you. Shopee sucks!!!

thanks Andrew, i feel better now after releasing my dissatisfactions. i won't write to them anymore, will look for other platform that gives better services.

fcuk she-pee, seller sells 2TB USB drive at less than RM50 and she-pee denied the fake complaints and and insisted it is quality issue. the cases has been forwarded to KPDNHEP. let's see what they say.
