Anyone knows what actions I can take if the seller does not send the purchased item?

On a different note, anyone bought from this seller and have their status changed to shipped?

If you scare then ask for refund.

That's exactly what I don't want. I need the stuff I ordered for a trip this weekend. With this whole shipping debacle, I'm worried they'll just let it "cancel" itself. Sigh. Was a good deal too. I guess I'll wait another day and see if they decide to honour it.

dasher so far reliable to me, have you contacted the seller?
*
Item is supposed to be shipped out by tomorrow. So I'll give them till tomorrow before I initiate contact.

1% cancellation record. So there still a chance it will cancel.

Shopee really shit because they not same like Lazada will compensate buyer if seller cancel the order.
*
Ah well. I guess that's why Lazada is slightly more expensive. If someone screws up your order, they'll do something about it. Shopee just has way too many good things going for it. Waiting on the next platform to catch on while shopee turns to be another lazada. Heh.

----

I read their T&C. It seems like they can cancel as and when they please with no compensation for the buyer. Anyone knows enough for this to be stipulated as unjust?

Thanks for telling , didn't know that.I remember bigpay collaborating AA , giving out cashback and many benefits topup. But shope does not support bigpay payment.
That is how they wanted to trap your $.The refund $ are trap into the wallet and not able to withdraw until you give out IC.They even hope you don't withdraw and let them use your $.
They'll make may excuse or request something else to withdraw.Even active now without withdraw required your IC.

Laz case is you topup cannot withdraw but shope withdraw request your IC.Both wanted to do ewallet but both also didn't survey what Malaysian want or worry.Ewallet mean can access and do payment on most outlet or for daily usage on particular service , it means cashless.
*
This may have been the case before, however it now accepts bigpay. I've done it at least twice now with no issues. Just thought you should know smile.gif

Really ? I didn't know , thanks for telling since last time shope got error accepting bigpay card.

Yup. Unless they changed their policy again. I believe it started with not accepting, accepting with error (have to add/remove), and finally as it is now.

Curious. Do the hosts not have a choice? Is it a random draw on who become the host? Or do they have to actively participate: "I want to host at so-and-so time".

Reason being, this dude was atrocious! If he actively sought the role, he should be sacked. Didn't study the script. Enunciation and pronunciation ke laut. Let's not get started on the legibility of what he's saying.

Chan tidak dikasi.

To me, if you wanna get in front of the camera, git gud, or don't bother.

Unless they don't have a say in the matter...like a random lot being pulled. Regardless, they should either master the art of looking at the prompt without being obvious, or memorise the damned thing.

guys i havent use spay coins feature in a while..
last time i rmb we can deduct coins up to 50% and no limit right?

Now it's up to 25% and capped at 3k only is it?
Then is the 3k capped per transaction or per day (just like buying stuff on shopee)
*
Can confirm it's per day. Per day here is 24 hours from your last purchase btw. Also max you can claim per transaction seems to be RM30. Not sure when this was implemented though.

Does anyone remember what's the highest cap voucher? (Not like the 500 of min 1000 that seems to go OOS within 1 sec).

Was there ever something like 10% off Cap RM300 or something along those lines?

Highest so far I see is 250 cap.

yes 10% cap 30k is the biggest amount so far.. but only 10%.. unless you buying 3k item otherwise cant hit the cap.. so prefer higher %..

for higher % was around 15~18% but capped 20k or 25k only..
*
I see..but is that 30k coins or RM300 cash? Coz I got something to buy that's about 2.5k. Not sure if I should pull the trigger now or wait.

In any case, thanks man. Appreciate the info
