Thanks for telling , didn't know that.I remember bigpay collaborating AA , giving out cashback and many benefits topup.But shope does not support bigpay payment.
That is how they wanted to trap your $.The refund $ are trap into the wallet and not able to withdraw until you give out IC.They even hope you don't withdraw and let them use your $.
They'll make may excuse or request something else to withdraw.Even active now without withdraw required your IC.

Laz case is you topup cannot withdraw but shope withdraw request your IC.Both wanted to do ewallet but both also didn't survey what Malaysian want or worry.Ewallet mean can access and do payment on most outlet or for daily usage on particular service , it means cashless.

yes 10% cap 30k is the biggest amount so far.. but only 10%.. unless you buying 3k item otherwise cant hit the cap.. so prefer higher %..

for higher % was around 15~18% but capped 20k or 25k only..
