Good afternoon. My Shopee account was permanently suspended a few days ago. I still have outstanding installments (Spaylater) to pay off. I'm unsure of how I'm going to pay them because I can't log into my Shopee account. I've already sent an email to the help center, but have received no reply. Is anyone having the same problem as me and knows how to solve it?

I'm not sure why they banned me. In the email they said I take advantage of the Shopee voucher code. On 6.6 sales, I purchased a mobile phone from one seller and used only the valid vouchers provided by Shopee and the seller. I suspect the seller made a mistake, and Shopee blamed me. In recent years, I have never used any other shopping platform besides Shopee. This year, I spent approximately 6k and still have a 2k Spaylater instalment. I'm disappointed with how they treat their customers. Without any warning, my account was immediately and permanently suspended.
