Can't use the CIMB10. can apply, but when proceed to next page for place order, the voucher gone. Anyone face this and how to use it?

Anyone using DHL eCommerce for shipment on 12.12? mine DHL pick-up form seller on 14.12 and no update/tracking after that. 1st time using it to try instead of pos laju. Sure will not using it for the 2nd time.
