Hi, I can apply the 10% coin cashback voucher and free rm19 free shipping voucher on a selected item which fulfilled the tnc earlier. When I decided to check out about 20 mins later, they can't be applied anymore. Talked to Cs but not helpful. Anyone faced this issue before?

Shopeepay maximum balance is rm1500. So doe sit mean we can't buy item more than rm150 with Shopeepay?

Anyone can't claim the coins after watching live nowadays? Happened to me since February. It showed failed to claim.
