looks like both my acc and my mum acc kena soft ban. Both acc have separate info; payment, details, phone no,. Only thing shared is the delivery address although name is diff. Noticed recently only 1 acc can claim the everyday check in coin. If 1 acc claim the other will show error msg and reset to day 1 and vice versa. Luckily still can claim coinsback through voucher. Contact CS they denied got any ban and advise useless thing like log out log back in and reinstall app

Cancellation can be done instantly within 1 hour after you have placed the order, before shipment is arranged by the seller. After the 1-hour mark, you will need the seller's approval to cancel your order.

On what? Those are the t&c by shopee themselves unless got changes.

It's possible, if the seller sees the order, they instantly click pending for shipment. Then they "lock" ur order already.

This is how is works:
- buyer place order
- seller recieve order notification
- seller at this point can click "drop off", which shopee will then generate airway bill.
- seller DO NOT have to immediately drop of the parcel. There's a time limit which allow them to send, meaning, seller can pack the item and wait next day only to drop it off.

Your only chance to cancel without seller approval is before seller click "to ship". So if let's say, the seller see a order just came in, to prevent cancellation, the seller quickly click "to ship" to prevent buyer from canceling.

It's just a click of a Button for the seller.
