At product page it wrote free shipping for product above rm50......

But when check out we're still have to pay for shipping cost ?????

The product l'm interested is rm200+

What the hell is this shit ?????

Yesterday decide to bought something.....paying with cimbclick.....after done from cimblick page it should bring us back to shopee page to confirmed us payment is done....but its just reloading for minutes......

Soo l just press X.....checking my purchase status.....still "to pay"......checking my bank account......its already deducted......

Already send a message to shopee help centre about this..... they just gave a reply l should wait for 24 hours for payment to be done......but its already more than 24 hours now.....

What should l do next ????? Call bank instead ????

Finaly having chat with CS about my order "to pay" status.....

Their solution ???? I have to make another payment......earlier payment they will refund back in 3 days......

Yeah right what an easy solution by them......

Seriously incoming months shopee deal l wont take part anymore.....

I want to claim warranty from this seller....

Bought this Bluetooth earphone September last year.....worth rm300....now right side not working ...

Send him messages via chat a week ago....but seller not responding

Also theres a statement in seller's page....it said seller currently on vacation....but he's already active a day ago ...

Wait for seller.....or directing straight my issue to shopee ????

Need some advice here

Bought an earphone sept. last year......early this month right side earphone not working.....already send a message to seller to claim warranty more than 2 weeks ago .....no response at all......on seller page there's a notice about seller on vacation.....but l noticed that when l send a message at the time he's online.....

Right now last time he's online a week ago.....

Anybody here manage to claimed warranty or refund from unresponsive seller ????

Send back an earphone last week to monodigital as they confirmed l bought an earphone from one of their store.....

but at first they replied to me l need to go directly to panasonic service centre to claim warranty......l told them going directly to panasonic is going to be a problem......so they tell me l can send to them instead....l think they will handle it at first......

Received WhatsApp from monodigital today.....they send me a tracking no.....l thougt they send me a replacement......

Hell no......they send me back a defective item that l just send to them earlier....their excuse ???? I need to go directly to panasonic to claim warranty instead......


What ??????? I will never buy from monodigital ever again.....waste of my time and money.......

Well its not the first time l claimed warranty after buying from shopee and previous retailer have been helping me from start to finish.... although take them weeks to send replacement......but its still a big help imo....enuff to earn costumer trust....


Unlike monodigital though......

Panasonic will certainly asked for warranty card blue color.....which monodigital didnt provide when l bought from them last year....only invoice.....

Also l lived and worked outside big city......kinda leceh if need to go to service center.......

Guys need some help here.....

I made a mistake when ordering some gadget from shopee.....rm1.5k....should check at gsm arena early....

I realized too late and and an item already being shipped....

Is there any way for me to cancel my order and get a refundn????

Reject parcel and let courier sent item back to seller ????
