So, already done my job by sending email to shoppee for clarification regarding of my payment, send email to Hong Leong to complaint how they authorized the payment eventhough I not even key in the tac number!!!
And the best part already log the complaint with BNM on the unauthorized payment issue by the Bank...the tac should be the mechanism to protect customer but in this case definitely customer at risk, just imagine someone know your bank/card info use this opportunity to manipulate your account/card make the purchase.
In the social media, there are a lot of complain can be read that the bank asked the customer to liaise directly with shoppe to resolved the issue and this is not fair to the customer
If in the first place, the tac mechanism by the bank is ok, collapse during the glitch, this issue will not happen
Now just waiting for their reply and if this issue is not resolved, maybe can report it to the ministry
