I bought something haven't received, so i extended shopee guarantee 3 days ago and gonna expire tonight. What to do? Request refund or contact seller?

Damn j&t is really terrible, most of my stuff were crushed even seller packed with boxes. Some of my stuff were film wrapped by sellers but j&t managed to punch a few holes on the wrap as well as box and left it in rain, when i got the item whole box was soaked wet and the steel items inside were rusted. What the fak J&t? Previous years shopee only allocate poslaju for my city and all items were delivered in perfect condition, until recently shopee change all deliveries to j&t. None of it was seller fault so i still gave 5 stars to sellers, but is it possible to complain to shopee for their delivery partner terrible services?

Anyone have problem paying electric bill using shopee? After clicking checkout it show "Please double confirm all the information filled are correct. Billing details can't be changed once proceed." and stuck there..

Be careful guys, now shopee will complete order itself for missing parcel. A week ago I found in my shopee completed tab that one of my undelivered order had payment released without me clicking on order received. Immediately I sense something fishy because never happened before like this, maybe shopee got notified that my parcel went missing and completed the order themselves and hope that i never find out. I report to shopee immediately asking why something undelivered had payment released without my approval, but shopee ask me to kindly wait because the order was still in delivery timeframe. Now that delivery timeframe has passed and i report to shopee that it was still undelivered but shopee claim that i clicked order received and payment released to seller. The parcel was lost by shopee express and i believe shopee do this trick to prevent own company losing money, before if parcel lost by jnt won't have this problem, and if i never check my completed tab i might never find it out.

I believe this is new trick used by Shopee for missing parcel, please share if you had similar experience and report it to kpdn.

Anyone purchased using online banking and requested cancelation, but didn't receive refund back in bank account? Already more than a week still haven't receive, supposedly 1-3 working days. Reported to customer service few days ago also no news yet. Previously once canceled will refund to shopeepay very quickly, now changed refund to bank account become extremely slow..

Where can i claim the rm25 voucher min spend rm150? Seem removed for me but some ppl still available to use it

Am i reading correct that shopee now allow users to return with change of mind after 19th march? And sellers have to pay for the shipping cost unless enroll in new programme that charge extra? Guess it is time to leave shopee as seller?

Damn shitty decision from shopee if buyers can abuse change of mind as they like. Not long ago shopee force sellers to allow cod also crap
