He doesn't send the item at all. Gave tracking number at the last minute (literally 1 minute before auto cancel cutoff), and the tracking said --- whatever this item is, it already arrived to someone else in a different state a month ago.
this is worst nightmare for buyer that created by SELLER n SHOPEE, shopee won't stand behind you, they give you TONS of EXCUSES or DIFFERENT advice from all DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Check my item order since 04/03/2019 till today and I HAVE NO CHOICE TO WAIT n WAIT ONLY. (check attachment, i scan it just now), shopee Customer Service MANAGER SAID ITEM already ON THE WAY.

btw i found SHOPEE come out new trick to protect seller and make good profit but betray buyer. (check second image).
I order my staff on 03/04/2019 and seller have 6 week preparation times before SHOPEE take ACTION, basically means SHOPEE have more than 6 week interest by DOING NOTHING.
this is scary.
