Better check with your bank side on the failed payments. I got charged multiple times when trying to pay using Amex for the Unifi bill option.
It seems that this only happens for the Amex card option, as another card went thru without issue.

Maybe shopee does this on purpose for bill payment? Or their system is really glitchy. Just take note and claim back those extra charges.
