Did shopee just changed their order cancellation policy?
I swear that before this, buyers got 1 hour window time after successful payment to cancel their orders and the cancellation will proceed without having to wait for sellers to agree. |

Saw that some listing show "10% rebate now". What does this mean? Tried looking for any coupon, didn't find anything.

Anyone have experience with shopee auto cancellation policy?
Requested order cancellation on Friday 26/8, but seller not responding to the request. Cancellation details said it should be auto cancelled by 28/8 12PM. After the specified time, order still not auto cancelled. Chat with agent, also not helpful. They said it will be by the end of the day. I mean, why bother making a cancellation policy if shopee are not going to implement it anyway? |

Ordered shopee last week. Item from HK.
Arrived in MY in 5 days. Then they handover the parcel to Best Express. Cant self collect my stuff from best express because branch has already closed in the area. They pass the stuff to other courier/rider to deliver. In limbo. Ffs shopee, i would pay extra if you just let me choose courier. |
