Request for refund on two items recently -
Item 1 - bought led bulb with specific color temperature but China seller sent wrong one to me. request to return but shopee said seller send correct item. Maybe they look at gambar only and didnt see the 3 options. Dispute again, still waiting till now. Item cost Rm27.14
Item 2 - bought spin mop pail. Arrived everything ok but spin mop doesnt work as intended. Click return and immediately got ok and approve to send back. Now local seller received my returned item and dispute to Shopee saying courier damage the goods. Seller added a video which clearly shows its not the same barang I received or sent. I think seller trying to get compensation from Shopee/courier but physically their barang is not broken, just cannot work by design. I dispute balik - see how it goes. Item cost Rm38.00
In comparison, I ordered some chairs from Lazada China seller. Seller sent wrong chairs, I returned to Lazada, 2 days later, got my approval and refund. Item cost Rm1128.00.
I had it with Shopee. Super slow shipping by ShopeeXpress and impossible return/refund even for low value item. Imagine if cost 1k above, you can forget about getting your money back
