I kena many times liao, Many people who don't check will buta-buta let shitpee eat their coins. So conveniently their coins refund system always have 'technical issue' and have never been fixed for months. - we all know what happened behind the scene

i requested for 2 partial refunds recently and no coins were refunded. besides, the amount refunded wasn't in full too.
for example rm10 item, 25% paid in coins. I only got back the 75% which I paid by shopeepay. coins earned were deducted too. so it's really a loss i would say.

yes, once the final total didn't hit the minimum amt spend eligible for the voucher, it'll be forfeited.

To add on to this, coins earned from applied vouchers will also be forfeited entirely if refund requested, even just partial refund. I bought something about RM90 and applied a 20% coinback voucher with max 1.2k coins. Then, turns out the product had some missing stuff from within its packaging.

I did not want to return as it was rather bulky furniture (neither did the seller have the intention to offer anyway). Requested partial refund RM10 but seller countered with just RM5, with scampee siding with them claiming insufficient evidence despite providing lots of them. I was thoroughly fed up and thought it wasn't worth arguing with them anymore for such amount and accepted that RM5. Only then I found that not only did I lose the parts, the extra potential refund, but also the entirety of the 1.2k coins despite the pro-rated paid price still meeting the voucher T&C.

Partial refund will refund partial coins.

Shopee will email you back asking you to bank-in the exact amount of refund money that you received to their account. Happened to me once.
