I can't find self collection in shipping option at checkout page. Updated Shopee apps already but still can't see. I live in KV btw

I kena too. SS2, Klang or Rawang points are available. Yesterday still can select the point nearby my place

grr.....my disappeared collection point is back but with min RM3.50. If RM2.00 still can accept lah. Just RM1 cheaper than door-to-door delivery. What a turn off!

Voucher disappearance not rare. It happened to me few times too. When want to input the voucher, the voucher nowhere to be found. Checked again, found voucher not collected. Clicked to collect but it immediately became fully redeemed. Now, i usually check again few mins before the voucher starts

Not your account problem. Same thing with my account and my family's. Searching COD items just help to eliminate most of the non-COD items. After select the item, I still have to try luck and check availability of COD at check out

I have few expired vouchers too, failed to use earlier because out of stock problem. The Domino stock is now available again. But there is problem when you click Buy Now. The page keeps loading the message "Please wait a moment. We are currently proceesing your booking. This may take a few seconds" and it cannot proceed to next page where you can input the voucher and pay

15% off is for all users. To use this voucher, you need to spend minimum RM20. 15% of RM20 is RM3. But the discount is capped at RM2. So the actual discount is only 10%. 15% off is just a gimmick, it is impossible to get. Anyway, the voucher is already fully redeemed now

Anyone facing problem redeeming Shopee Farm Game - Secret Recipe slice cake? When select Shopee Farm voucher and click Pay Now, the page unable to proceed, it just refreshed

Weekly Thursday 50%/80% cashback not available anymore? Usually appears Friday onwards. I cannot find this anymore

I heard quite a number of users got affected with same problem. I suspect this issue may affect selected users, eg. unverified user. Is your hubby's account verified? Verified Shopee account is the account having undergone IC kyc verification and can use Duitnow feature

I topped up RM150 via Duitnow transfer. Did not receive the voucher pack upon successful topup. Did anyone get the voucher pack immediately after successful topup?

Nothing for my topup on 26th Oct. Topped up again RM150 yesterday, same no voucher pack
