Just made payment to Shopee via online FPX payment but no record shows in my shopee account and still in 'To pay' status. My bank statement shows debit payment to Shopee. Anyone experience this before? Is it a system glitch?
Tried to use the Shopee contact page to relate the issue to them but unfortunately the page it self can't process my message and just keeps stuck in loading mode. |

Just called their customer service number 03-2777 9222 and as expected put on hold and listen to their crappy music without anyone picking up the call.
