Bought a few items from a light seller.
One of the items was wrong product.
Requested for return, discovered the return label is incomplete, meaning the seller only put the company name and sungai besi, thats all.
Requested several times to seller via return chat, main seller chat and whatsapp, seller dont bother to reply.
Checked with poslaju, they dont accept incomplete address. Asked support again if i can manually underwrite the actual address on the printed return label, support said no.
Emailed shopee support, one fellow asked me to cancel it and raised it as refund and undelivered product, then he take over.
Seller immediately dispute.
Next thing i khow, another staff from support emailed me tell me i raise the wrong dispute, asked me to redo as return as wrong product.
Again i did it and sent reminder msgs to seller to update their address. As expected no reply.
Emailed several times again, each time maximum one staff reply the same thing, ask me to return first.
When i replied yet again of my situation, the support staff changed again and sent me the same steps: seller accepted return, kindly return item to seller.
Today is the deadline..again.
Wow. I guess the seller knew about this loop and just simply ignore me, maybe hoping i wont return.
Man. The item is not expensive. Rm10 only. Just rather dulan taking me for a ride.
U didnt inform the staff about the incomplete address? Also, when staff multiple time change direction, did you forward them the reply from the previous staff?One of the items was wrong product.
