Hi all.... need your advice regarding refund from Shopee

I went to top up Shopeepay but realized I chose the wrong CC so cancelled the page (did not click confirm or key in OTP). Money did not transfer to my Shopeepay either.

Due to the sales and wanting to grab the deal ASAP, I topped up using another CC and made the purchase.

Unfortunately the first CC got deducted . I have been talking to 5 support staff from Shopee and they still reluctant to proceed with refund even after showing my CC statement.

Has anyone has such issues? I’m thinking to file consumer complaint etc

Just want to add on that this has been more than 1 month since the deduction from first CC
