If you guys want to buy from overseas using LWE think twice. My item stuck since 2.3.2020. I message LWE through FB. They said thier shipment stuck since feb 25.

Now im thinking what happen if my shopee guarantee ends before I get my items. Got 2 item. Haiizzzzz. Confirm sure cant do anything. Seller already ship it. And what if my item lost during at that time

I have same issue but with Standard Delivery from China, below is shopee advise:
"If you have yet received the order on latest delivery date, please be advised to request for Return Refund while Shopee Guarantee of the orders are still active to make sure the orders delivery issue can be resolved accordingly."

Never won.

Also wanna take this opportunity to rant about those live games that replaced quiz. For a few times I was literally the first person to give the correct answer word for word, only to be disappointed to find out the next week that I'm not in the list of winners.

anyone has experience in returning an faulty product? any change to get shopee in to request refund only?

Take photo, submit return/refund.

If seller reject, shopee will come in to decide.

Ya. i dispute to shopee now. but think shopee will ask me to return too to get refund. the thing only cost RM13. if i knew need to return to get refund then sure wont order. wonder is it seller purposely did it like so that buyer wont get refund.

So why dont just return it? shipping fee can be reimbursed by Shopee.
Just keep the poslaju receipt and chat with Shopee Support and show them receipt.

Anyway what is the problem? Depends on situation (or CS) may be able to refund without return.

hassle to return the item. need to send to pos office is it? or any delivery company? if can i rather stay at home or not to go to crowed area.
the product i bought is in open condition. i dont even know is it new or someone pakai already.

Usually return to post office aka Poslaju, but i believe any delivery company also can as long got tracking number.

Thats the risk of buying things online..

actually its pretty easy, once shopee approve your request to return, you can choose a number of carriers, usually poslaju from the app
you need to download and print airwaybill which will be attached to the package for return
poslaju will provide the plastic package FOC for the return item

Few years ago i return back zalora item, i only need to went to poslaju said zalora return then fill in a form which is sometime given by zalora in the pckage already, then hand them my thing so settle. Will try to see how. Thanks for reply.
