I seldom buy from Shopee but on 29feb bought 2 items in 1 order from same vendor which only sent 1 item on 4Mar. Chat with them via app n was told to send them picture of the package, did that n they said will investigate.
The shopee guarantee expiring on 7Mar n today already 6Mar. What should I do now, extend the 3 days guarantee? This post has been edited by MGM: Mar 6 2020, 11:57 AM |

Just called their customer service number 03-2777 9222 and as expected put on hold and listen to their crappy music without anyone picking up the call.
