I managed to check out 50% coins cashback Min. Spend RM3 Capped at 800 Coins at 8:41pm but that same voucher not available earlier in the day

i ordered and paid for an item in shopee. it says the seller must ship the item by 03 march, else the system will auto cancel.
today is already 04 march but still no auto cancellation yet. is this to be expected? i want my refund. how do i go about it? just wait for auto cancellation or what?

How to extend your coins expiry date?

1. Buy some items and redeem the coins
2. Proceed to place order but DON'T PAY
3. Cancel the order
4. Profit with coins back on new expiry date.

Not true though, u will receive notification atleast 7 days before your coins expiry

i had an addiction to online shopping so i completely stopped a few months back. yes, they sent a notification but i never read it. regardless, 3 months is wayyy too short. it should be 1 year or more. anything less means they are intentionally trying to make you lose your coins.

digi postpaid no more shopee voucher sale ?

hey guys, had an order that has been stuck at kepong hub since 25/02 - has anyone had an order deliver after having no update for so long?

Just made payment to Shopee via online FPX payment but no record shows in my shopee account and still in 'To pay' status. My bank statement shows debit payment to Shopee. Anyone experience this before? Is it a system glitch?

Tried to use the Shopee contact page to relate the issue to them but unfortunately the page it self can't process my message and just keeps stuck in loading mode.
