I think seller trying to get compensation from Shopee/courier but physically their barang is not broken, just cannot work by design. I dispute balik - see how it goes. Item cost Rm38.00
In comparison, I ordered some chairs from Lazada China seller. Seller sent wrong chairs, I returned to Lazada, 2 days later, got my approval and refund. Item cost Rm1128.00.
I had it with Shopee. Super slow shipping by ShopeeXpress and impossible return/refund even for low value item. Imagine if cost 1k above, you can forget about getting your money back
