Using TM Streamyx with free calls to TM fixed line numbers?
03-27****** is a fixed line number served by Time.
So call from TM fixed line is chargeable.

you will be charged by TM for using TM service to call the line serviced by TIME. that's what i understand. hmm.gif

Assume you use TM to call and don't have STD20 free 600 mins then yeah, OLNO numbers are charged.

STD20: 600mins to TM & OLNO landlines and all mobile. After 600min, free to TM landlines, others are chargeable.

Some years back I applied UNIFI with TM ---- comes with a phone ( all local calls are FREE to whole Malaysia ---- that's the package ).

Suddenly NOW there is this 03 --2777 9222 line appearing

Did TM breach the contract ----------- saying all local calls are FREE ??????

Normally I don't call MOBILE using landline as it is CHARGEABLE . But usually all local calls to whole Malaysia is free ( and I don't really call that much ----maybe just a couple )

TM never gave free local calls, except free local calls with TM-fixed line number.

Depends on your package...
TM streamyx: Free calls to TM fixed-line number only.
TM Unifi VIP (5/10/20): Free calls to TM fixed-line number only.
TM Unifi Lite/Advance/Pro/Best/Turbo: Chargable for all calls including TM number if you don't subscribe STD20 add-on, chargable beyond 600 minutes for STD20.

Check the table before making calls next time...
