Because they want you to go out and spend for those retail shop that closed for months.

How?
Just like TnG ewallet rebate voucher, it is either limited to retail shop, or online platform, so it is already set all the seller whether retail or online, when they sign up as partner.

Or just simple, list out all the shop that is under online platform, for example, lazada is ecart company as shop name, so just list it into online category, other than that shop, the other is retail shops, but it is not a good practice la, so they should not be doing this in their current system.

I know by default you can topup there, but not sure if you can topup with EBelia money instead, as I have already verified my account in TnG, don't want to wait another verification round in Shopee. If anyone going to try, let me know.

I have not redeemed it yet, but if it's like previous times (ePenjana) it should just go into the regular balance and can be used like normal. But just curious if anyone can confirm.

Cause it seems like a mini loophole in a way as once you redeem eBelia in TnG, then use it to top up ShopeePay at 7 Eleven, that balance won't expire and can be kept indefinitely (as it's technically no longer eBelia cash)
