Any idea why cannot apply free shipping voucher to the RM100 petronas gift card? From the petronas mesra page, it states free shipping for over RM30. Unable to apply during check out.

And why the max coins that i can apply is just 1650 (RM16.50) for RM98 purchase? It used to be 3000 max right

Is there any function to alert/notify us when an item is on sale? Adding into cart or clicking like didn't do anything.

i bought a kitchen appliance and before ordering, i chatted with the seller asking if there is a warranty card provided. The seller responded that if no warranty card is provided, he will issue an official invoice.

The item is delivered today and both warranty card and invoice is not provided. What can I do here? Can I still send the item for warranty claim? Tefal product

he now said will send invoice through email and takes 1 week to process.

does this make sense? How long is the system open for me to rate? Is it the reason he asked for 1 week so that I can no longer rate?

The product is shopped from Penang, received the shipment in 2 days.

Ok for now I will not click Order Received and extend guarantee is necessary. Due date is 11-Sept, extend 3 days is 14-Sept. So that is within the 1 week period that he asked for.

Isn't invoice/receipt should be provided without the need for me to ask?
