1) yes seller dispute. Show the reason. Im also show the evidence from LWE. Since then seller not responding

Shopee already state 4.4.2020 5PM auto refund if seller not responding which is seller are not responding. Now extend 8.4.2020. If seller still no responding. Extend more?

My item stuck almost 2 month. Tracking not update since early march.

Jnt problem now,nothing you can do. If you want refund must wait until your shopee guarantee almost to end. Thats how shopee return refund works.

Hmm Already 2 working day ,3.4.2020 and 4.4.2020. shopee agent reply 2.4.2020. still pending evidence form seller. Which is both me and seller already give at 31.3.2020.

If item shown did delivered you must extend shopee guarantee. Extend 3 more days. After that auto complete if you didnt raise return /refund. If you dont extend it, delivered or not. It still show item delivered.

Many buyer when item not receieve yet,then didnt extend shopee period or raise return/refund. So auto complete. Money get to the seller and you as buyer didnt get nothing

Then idgaf. Tonight lodge report to kpdnhep. After you said like that,confirm sure after 8.4.2020 if seller didnt respone,shopee will extend again and again. Like how they did when 4.4.2020 expired

My shopee guarantee almost end. Should I click refund? Tracking not move. Already 8 days for local (worth rm500) 16 days for china parcel (worth rm80) . If refund successful. Who will paid seller damage? Shopee? Courier company? I don't think seller will lost money simple as that.
