I bought a RM100 voucher using boost, but during checkout, the voucher cannot be applied, It States that i do not meet requirements for using this promotion code.
What can i do now??

update:
i find out that only this item cannot use the voucher i bought, the same item from other seller can use, but this seller more reliable and stock batch is newer...

just read lol, actually this is the first time i buy from non-preferred/mall seller, and i don't know the different
till now only i know there are such rules, that's why i will made this mistake.
nvm, luckily there is another shopee mall seller selling same item with similar price..
