Received broken items from shopee and inform them immediately but they keep saying photos not clear or not enough evidence and don’t want to take the return. Why don’t you all see whether this clear enough? I ask them to take back and stick their fingers in there to make sure it’s really broken glass.lousy customer service. At least on Lazada you return first and the return warehouse will be taking a look instead of asking you to keep sending photos

Sure, I already received items that I ordered last weekend but of course also depends on luck sometimes..

I don't see any problem to return or get refund for damaged/broken items received. It seems u bought quite a few, perhaps you'd indicate how many are broken etc. Remove those not so clear (showing broken ones) and request for refund. Talk to the seller first if u want..

Seller don’t even bother to reply me and then when I dispute they replied saying it’s not their problem Because they already packed it with bubble wrap.

That's one horrible & irresponsible seller! Who would pay & accept broken items?!

I think you have the right to request for refund, it's indicated refund is applicable for damaged/broken products. The seller could lodge/complaint with the courier if they wish but you being a buyer also have your right to get refund!

how they bubble wrap? looks like only 2 sides protected..
