I notice since last sales , Laz price is set for mall and even listed the price on sales countdown.Just now i check the sales on shope and wishlist , all price goes up.
Which mean seller increase the price on 12.12 sales day as they like taking advantages of buyer and shope for coins.Surely sales drop.
Different vs laz is no countdown price inform.Shope Seller can increase price 10%-25% predict buyer to use shope coins.Shope pay , not everyone will use , just some 10% cheaper but seller increase price to 15%.
How to buy , RM100 - 1000 coins but must full payment then seller increase it become RM115 full payment.How to buy ? Shope need to fix seller not to increase price on sales day.It's more expensive then normal day buying.There is a report button to send email but who going to report take time to write and tell CS.

Also Some seller changing the item price for free shipping rm12 to 11.90 or RM40 to rm39.90
Buyer cannot use free shipping at all

Over all , sales drop because of shope pay need IC and Scan Body.

As for me ,in my wishlist 80% all the item price increase.One phone seller even dare to increase price for a notwelknown brand phone from RM240 to RM500.RM260 increase.

This is not the first time making their system restriction to make buyer frustrated.
This is how their way of luring you continue buying non stop since coins in their hands.It's totally different compare to tesco or aeon.Aeon/tesco have store to complain if anything happen or coins deducted or error.
But shope just a platform , you can't complain beside on the phone and they can ignore you , remove your coins , banned you forever with your IC together as they like.
Same with laz but at lease laz is a big company supported with aliba .

Remember 11st ? seller and buyer $ get hold for months , not able to pay seller , buyer didn't get refund.
Who knows one day shope pay will do the same ? but now they are doing with shope pay , i wouldn't be surprise if shope change their t&c on regulation on shope pay once they get all your IC number and body scan.

Again probably sure shope system error again.If you can purchase through other seller , it's possible shope and seller page being loop with updates pending locking the purchase request and there is also possible of stock related issue when lots of buyer buying the same product and shope block the product from being spam.Last not least , glitch on product show got stock but actually stock finish.All also because of system error. ;(

Until now , I still would recommend someone form a request for amazon or ebay to enter Malaysia ecom.Setting up a hub for delivery and also for ebay,amazon malaysia only.Seller can do action and buyer can get stable issue.
With history , pretty sure their system way much better adding up paypal.

Shope can always revert or introduce back to their e-wallet like laz without redraw or having both e-wallet type.Shope pay or Shope e-wallet without withdraw.Without withdraw laz can allow topup rm4999 but withdraw just only allow rm500-1500 topup limit ? Sorry I don't get it.
Having both is really good.If I wanted to buy a whole set of assemble PC , handphone , laptop , surely 1.5k not enough.Then I will use their topup without withdraw.

Why does shope banned your account if you register for your family member ?

Address and receiver can be same as you said.

As I remember cannot be the same is
1. Mobile phone ID , MAC , IMEI
2. Mobile Phone number
3. Name cannot be the same or incomplete for each account for your family member.

Mobile phone line and wifi can be the same , a bunch of us using phone line tethering and home wifi for family and unifi router , all same IP.
Bank payment can also be the same if you are helping your kids to pay the payment.

The conjunction is not to have things related together.Nothing wrong also referlink cashback for family member if Phone number is not the same.

I can confirm every user or buyer here happen to encounter a seller who cancel their item at lease once with just a reason 'no more stock' or being scam but no action taken.

It not about buyer protection , it's more like you approve seller scamming.
As for example , if a buyer happen to came across a seller who is a scammer.Shope does not immediate suspend the account but still letting the seller to scam other people.
I remember reading one of a user here reported to shope CS but no action taken and the seller still continue selling their stuff.

It reflects on shope is a hub for scammer where they keep on promoting on adv or tv about their apps but full of scammer without action taken.Are they support a scammer hub and do money launderring.This a serious matter.Whether a scammer or not , shope having a frauud dept as simple as making a call to seller will do.

Sometimes , i did try a few seller number on true caller and results is number not available or the seller name and the number doesn't match.Which mean the number never exist after register from shope or left expired and never updates nad someone else took the number after recycle.
Local seller also like this , Not to mention oversea seller.

If you buy something expensive , try go to laz but beware , laz got oversea seller and sometimes laz express courier will just throw your package into your house if you are not at home.They are not poslaju which require your signature as they just snap your house address as a prove.
Whether a not your package gone when someone took it or raining soak wet your product is not their responsibility.

Even laz having this kind of issue , no free shipping and throw your stuff.

Thanks ,i know the report but whether they really take the action is different cases.The most I see the fake product is not selling but the scammer seller still able to sell and the shop still exist.It's like nothing happen at all.Simple search on sdcard 256GB sort the price you will the what I mean.

Normally we read the comment by looking at the rating on every product and if the rating without comment means it has less buyer or fake rating.

Shope don't allow update rating after you rate it.Vendor will not reply your message if it's a fake seller or scammer.The best is for us or you to post the vendor name and item so everyone can beware of it.
As for coins and free delivery , is actually vary on product , time promotion and even vendor can change as they like.

You should tell us which vendor so we can beware as I suggested before to list out scammer .

Depends , there are many limitation.Most voucher are only for certain seller.If your item is not mall or prefer seller even you claim also cannot use.Some free shipping also limited to certain seller.
Beside , You need to topup into their shope pay wallet using your own bank account like ATM machine fix RM20 ,50 RM100 and RM500 only
The only think which somehow expose your privacy is Shope pay require your IC scan and Body Scan to increase the topup and withdraw.

Nope ,I have nothing to biass with shope pay, rather I feel shope pay blame on BNM .

They like to pushing everything to BNM.
-When ask on CS why need Body Scan said , Bank Negara Malaysia rules but there is no rules on ekyc for full body scan.
-When ask CS why cannot use shope pay said Bank Negara Malaysia don't allow Android version lower Nougat must on version 8 and also iphone must use ios 9 or something higher.Not everyone phone can get OTA for higher version.
-When ask why in PC cannot topup to shope pay option and CS said must use a phone and only online banking.Daily limit also only allow RM200.

I repeat , I am confuse on shope pay.I hope someone can clear out the question here.I think you are mistaken by my question interpreted to sabotage by defame shope pay.It looks like their T&C keep changing until everything came to misleading.

There are only 2 queries I am currently in question but whether they change the t&c today , I don't know.One is body scan and not following ekyc .Secondly shope never claim on how the Data Protection Act on our information IC , CC , bank account is keep secure by 3rd party since shope is a large and well establish ecommerce online.

Again , you make an assumption of an accuse to me about cannot enter shope pay. .The picture I provide regrading on lower android version is not acceptable by shope pay because you didn't believe in me mentioning lower android version can't use shope pay saying it's BNM.Nothing more than that.

As for a new phone , I did have a phone running 9.0 pie.It works well with shope pay.

I just point out something that shope pay system which have limitation and keep hiding and changing their t&c by not telling or information buyer for changes.
