Can't play Shopee Go, keep showing 'server is busy, please try again later' when I try to roll the dice. Just me or anyone one else?

Shopee self-collection sucks ass cause the workers do not work following the official hours. I sent mine to SPX Segambut Sinar. In the Shopee app, it said 9am to 9pm working hours. When I went at 8.30pm, all totally closed.

Called Shopee, they said sorry, it is until 8pm.

So I go again at 7.30pm next day, bloody hell the shutters are closed (except got a bit half-open one side, but the glass door is locked). I knock on the shutter, seeing if anyone will respond. Nothing.

Then when I look under, got a Malay guy sitting on the counter. Buat fucking bodoh, playing with his phone. I banged the shutters again a few times, then I started recording, my blood was boiling. He saw me recording and I threatened to report to Shopee, and only then came to open the shutter. He is supposed to be working, the SPX Segambut Sinar should be open till either 8pm or 9pm, but the shutters were down at 7.30pm.

Really makan gaji buta these fellows lah.

He seemed really irritated to have to fetch my parcels for me. Had 4 in total.

What a bad experience. Never again.

I’ve had good experience with MBE (Lazada purchases) but this lousy Shopee Self Collect only give options to select from their stupid Posstore crony brand. Right now I have 6-8 parcels still undelivered to Posstore Alam Jaya. 7-10 days already passed.

As an alternative, I selected Posstore Mahkota Cheras for my newer purchases but I have no idea if the same craps pulled by Posstore Alam Jaya will be applicable to Posstore Mahkota Cheras. Believe me, if MBE is there to select, it would have been a no brainer.

Mine is also back but with the RM3.50 charge, what's the point?

Holy crap I just noticed this too. Yeah I’m staying out from further self collect. Still need to pay petrol to go to collection center. Pfttt.

3 for 1 cent vouchers on non-special draw days. Not sure about normal online goodies

ALL the vouchers except that RM12 off min spend RM0 are available for all users (including frequent users). Shopee has been too generous lately. The past few Fridays, they have ample sitewide no min spend free shipping vouchers.

i'm facing an issue with shopee app on my android phone.
when i wanna checkout (after checking my address, vouchers and all that, at the redirection for payment), the app shows:
Network Error
Please change to an available network connection
[Retry]
[Come back later]

i have tried changing cellular internet, wifi and dns. unable to fix.

anyone facing this bug?
