Have you encountered this before? If so, please let me know.
After noticing dents/scratches on the item, I informed seller and was asked to post back. So I clicked return refund on the item.
When I went to drop off the parcel at J&T, their system didnt find the tracking number showing on my return refund shopee page so the staff couldnt print out the return label for the free return. The J&T staff pointed out to me that there is no barcode on my return refund shopee page as well where it should be as stated on shopee webpage about return refund by J&T Express.
Then I rang shopee about it and after she checked, the return of the item to seller has to be settled offline between the seller and myself now since the refund has been approved.
But I have not received the refund yet. And I will not pay for the shipping fee.
This is my first experience of such kind. I would like to know how come this happened? What step went wrong here?
A shopee customer dropping off her return item even showed me what the return refund page should look like.

Grab 1 time - was it before March or April? Did you manage to grab any 500/1300 on Apr 18th and 25th?

Ahhh but are you on Handicap Shippeeng Friday or Free Shippeeng Friday group? If you fall under the Handicap group, you don't get any Free Shippeeng on Fridays.

I was banned under one-household-one-voucher category on 4/4, so nothing to try    Things changed after the unban.

If you don't fall under handicap shippeeng Friday, you should be able to collect the voucher since Saturday until now

Neighbor's been making a lot of orders, never had problem other than this 1300 coinback.

I just check wife account, still have FSV for noon. Meaning we been blocked. With Self Collection, only pay RM0.50.
