I have 2 items stuck at Pos Laju for almost 3 weeks now..

And I ordered items from the same seller on 2 different days - 2 days apart. Both were picked up by Pos Laju on the same day while only 1 item was delivered to me today & the other one is still stuck at picked up status!

Anyways, interested in getting an item costs RM2k but Shopeepay doesn't even allow me to top up more than RM500. Does it mean I must use alternative payment method?
