Because for my case... i paid and my cc app showed payment done but sjopee status still show as "to pay"

Then i pay again and this time went through and now to ship status...
I screenshot the cc app also capturing same amount twice from my notification menu...

This time Shopee really fucuk kao kao... they screw up and they expect customer to fill up form to claim back? 🙄 somemore i buy a few items at one time and so i need to submit a few order ID for 1 single charge to my credit card... haiyo.... really too much this time.. so those who forgot to check statement how? Shopee makan? What the heck!

Before the notice about auto refund... there is also a notice ask us to fill up a form... to me that is not really good customer service. They screw up and now they expect customer to track their own orders and fill up
