how dare shopee charge the self collect from free to rm3.5, with that price, might as well deliver to house, i say we boycott

am i the only one complaining that it is harder to get free shipping now, last time use to insert into our account, now we have to wait for certain timing and some more it is limited, i can't even use the free shipping even after 3-4 days checking at around 1+pm

i seem forever can't get the free shipping voucher which is limited in numbers and also time at particular hours. Bring back the old method of shipping voucher!

I have an item that is <rm15 and it is not entitled for free shipping, will the monthly double date sales event provide any free shipping for item <rm15?

shopee claimed that i use the same a/c when 1 is mine and the other is my wife with different phone number, really suck big time. I can't used a voucher in my wife a/c that has been used in my a/c.

have you all encounter being claimed as using 2 a/c, how to solve it? Almost 2 weeks already, I have been arguing with the agent, I've even provided 2 separate ic which they ask for as proof. 1 time say they already solve, then another time say this problem can't be solved.

what can i do if a seller claims via chat that an item was a top engine gasket when it was actually a valve engine gasket, i do not know until my foreman told me.
